  • On a new SULKY, a 6-month warranty applies from the date of delivery for all non-electric parts. This excludes wear and tear, water damage, power surge damage, improper maintenance, or other misuse or normal wear.

    Your SULKY warranty is not transferrable to second owners.

    Your SULKY warranty is parts replacement only. The cost of sending replacement parts is covered, but the cost of fitting them nor the cost of bike recovery is not covered. Care of your SULKY and the fitting of replacement parts should be as simple as an ordinary bicycle.

    Please note that while the SULKY can be ridden in very light rain, the warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by water. Please take extra care of your SULKY battery, electrical connections, and battery housing.

    Batteries must be charged in a dry, ventilated space. Charging must be always supervised. Only use the supplied charger. Do not over charge your SULKY battery.

  • Pre-orders assist us with financing the importation of SULKY and help to keep the cost of owning one low.

    Importation maybe subject to delays and the normal risks associated with international freight.

    Refunds for change of mind purchases can be made once your SULKY has been sold and delivered to another buyer. Transaction fees for refunds will be charged at cost. Please do not pre-order a SULKY,

    unless you are fully committed to its purchase, care, and use.
